In a space-saving 1U clam shell design, it combines a 17 inch LCD monitor with keyboard and mouse, and lets you monitor rackmount server from a single point in a server rack environment. SMK-520LS17 rack LCD console features a pull-out keyboard drawer. The 17 inch LCD monitor flips up for use and folds away for storage.

Rack-optimized design
The SMK520LS17 is rack-optimized. Its clam shell design includes a slide-out rackmount drawer with keyboard and LCD and takes up only 1 rack unit of space. The LCD flips up for use and folds away for storage. A momentary switch automatically turns off the display when you fold it down. The entire unit is mounted on ball-bearing slide rails so it slides effortlessly in and out of your equipment rack.
Aluminum construction

The rackmounting flanges and slide rails are still made of steel for strength.
Flexible rack mounting
Ball-bearing slide rails with rack mounting front and rear brackets are mounted on the unit. The rear bracket can be extended from 22.25" to more than 35" accomodating are wide range of rack configurations.
