The DKM-SX19M integrated LCD monitor keyboard is a rack-mountable pull-out drawer that occupies only 2 rack unit space. Using a fold-down flat panel monitor design, the DKM-SX19M LCD monitor keyboard drawer offers a low profile enclosure to store three frequently used peripheral devices of a typical data center or server management environment—monitor, keyboard and mouse.
The pull-out keyboard drawer is mounted on slide rails so you can easily pull the unit out of your equipment rack to access the LCD and keyboard. The LCD monitor flips up for use and folds down for storage. The unit's power supply is an externally attached AC/DC adapter on the back of the unit. The adapter can be easily detached in the event that it needs to be replaced.
The DKM-SX19M LCD monitor keyboard drawer has a large 19" SXGA high resolution screen so more information can be displayed on-screen. With its wide viewing angles (170 degrees both vertical and horizontal), 700:1 contrast ratio (a level approaching that of CRT monitors), you'll be able to distinguish the subtle shades of color or gray in your graphics images. Lower power consumption and EMI free technology makes it ideal for industrial applications. An on-screen display (OSD) menu using four front-panel-mounted control buttons let's you adjust the display for optimum viewing.
A mouse offers much better point-and-click precision than a touchpad pointing device. The keyboard drawer has a mouse pad for mouse movement and a storage compartment for the mouse.
Instead of using a notebook style touchpad, the DKM-SX19M LCD monitor keyboard drawer comes with an optical mouse. A convenient storage compartment and a mouse pad are integrated in the keyboard drawer. Now you can take advantage of a high resolution mouse for high precision point and click navigation.
The entire LCD monitor keyboard drawer is constructed of metal for ruggedness. At just over 17" in depth, you can fit the unit in short-depth cabinets. With the ball-bearing slide rails that can be extended from 19.4" up to 35.3", it will also accomodate the deepest equipment racks.
