The PPC-115 is a AMD Goede NX1500 based touch panel PC designed to serve as a friendly human-machine interface for easy integration into any space-constricted embedded applications. It provides full PC functionality within its ultra slim metal enclosure. Coupled with its multi-I/O support, the PPC-115 touch panel PC is ideal for a host of applications such as operator interface, information terminals and point-of-service PCs.
The PPC-115 was designed for energy efficiency. It uses a fanless AMD Geode NX1500 (1.0GHz) processor for noise-free operation, low power consumption, high reliability, and reduction of airborne particles being drawn into the enclosure.
The PPC-115 touch panel PC comes with a touch screen enabled 15 inch LCD monitor. It uses a resistive touch screen for its main iput device. System integrated features include USB 2.0, digital I/O, VGA, RS232 serial ports. Its storage devices includes a slim type optical disc drive and 2.5" EIDE hard drive.
The PPC-115 panel PC is designed for panel mounting or VESA mounting to fit different installation requirements. An anodized aluminum bezel is machined for panel-mounting, and provides environmental protection with a foam rubber gasket. VESA mounting holes on its back side let you install the PC on wall-mount, swing-arm mount hardware.
