The PPC-1000 panel PC is a series of 15” Intel® Pentium® 4 and Pentium® III based industrial touch screen computer designed to serve as a friendly human-machine interface for easy integration into any point-of-service panel PC or touch screen computer applications. It's designed as a desktop free standing touch screen computer terminal or panel-mounted panel PC and swivel-arm-mount PC. The PPC-1000 panel PC, touch screen computer provides full PC functionality, multi-I/O and expansion capability, and touch screen LCD user interface. It accommodates a wide range of PC peripherals for a host of applications such as operator panels, information terminals, point-of-sales and point-of-service panel PC or touch screen computer.

The touch screen PC, touch screen computer provide full PC functionality. Multi-I/O and expansion capability lets the panel PC interface with other applications. The panel PC uses a touch screen LCD for user interface. The touchscreen PC accommodates a wide range of PC peripherals for a host of applications such as operator touch screen PC, information touch screen computer terminals, point-of-sales and point-of-service touch screen panel PC.

panel PC, touch screen computer PPC-1000PPC-1000 panel PC uses a small form factor system board that supports Intel Pentium 4 and Pentium III processors. SiS chipsets provide most of the functions of peripherals and I/O interfaces.

OS support include Windows 98, 98SE, ME, NT, 2000, and XP versions. And you have all of the input/output ports typically found on desktop PC systems to connect the PPC-100 to your LAN or external peripherals. Standard I/O interfaces such as Ethernet, USB, RS-232, audio, VGA, parallel printer ports lets you use the PPC-1000 not only functions as a HMI, but also as a host PC to build your applications on.

In addition, PPC-1000 supports two industry standard, commercial off-the-shelf PCI cards as add-ons to expand its capability. Because most of the I/O functions are provided by the integrated chipsets on the system board, the 2-slot riser card gives you two open PCI slots.

Flexible Installation Options

In addition to desktop free-standing installation, the PPC-1000 can be panel mounted. And with both 75mm and 100mm VESA mounting holes, you can attach the PPC-1000 to a swing-arm.
